WHAT IS IT AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
We all know that we think differently – we are “cognitively diverse”. We take that commonly accepted precept and apply it to organizational identity and the challenge of promoting organizational sync. Since each of us thinks differently due to our unique wiring, we also see organizations differently and are motivated by different aspects of an organization’s identity. So it only makes sense to take that into account when you’re building your identity or what you stand for. Our proprietary model does that.
In addition, as members of the NeuroLeadership Institute, we are continually applying new research to our client engagements. In doing so, we hope to enhance the translation of organizational identity so that our clients can achieve better business results.
