ODN Presentation

I had the privilege to present at the January meeting of the St. Louis Organization Development Network (ODN) with my friend and client, Justin Woodard, CEO of Woodard Cleaning & Restoration.  Our topic was People Can’t Align to a Strategy They Don’t Understand.

It was a great experience to present with Justin because he’s an inspirational leader and his team has done a great job of bringing their identity – The Woodard Way – to life.  Woodard has done one thing that most companies don’t take time to do – get input from front line employees after the identity is created on the difference the identity has made since it was rolled out and the gaps in bringing it to life.

And it was good to interact with members of the ODN and meet people committed to contributing to a thriving St. Louis community.  OD professionals can make a big difference in helping organizations improve their effectiveness.
