WHAT IS IT AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

We all know that we think differently – we are “cognitively diverse”. We take that commonly accepted precept and apply it to organizational identity and the challenge of promoting organizational sync. Since each of us thinks differently due to our unique wiring, we also see organizations differently and are motivated by different aspects of an organization’s identity.
