Each of our engagements begins with an inquiry process during which we assess the organization’s strengths and further clarify and refine objectives as necessary. Each engagement also includes the development or refinement of the organizational identity, the testing of that identity with key stakeholders, a plan for translating that identity using the principles of cognitive diversity, and measurement of results – is the identity coming to life?
Timelines for our projects are driven by company needs and key stakeholder availability. They have ranged from three-month projects to multi-year projects.
